is Link created automatically (only system that supports trackback blog like wordpress, movabletype) at the other blog a link to a post in our blog by the trackback link will start the same comment in our building-block. So when it comes to pop the comment it means your link will implicate no follow tag to the building-block.

Easy to understand.
It is a credit to the owner and notify the owner posts a link to the article back. However, the MA will be no follow.
